He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Beard and Coralie Stone Beard. He is survived by : his former life partner Debra Hall; his daughters, Brandi Mueller (Marc) of Bluffs, Elisha Beard (Heather) of Jacksonville and Jessica Byrum of Virginia; his grandchildren, Zachery, Jordan Mueller and Jewel McEvers; and his sisters, Kathy Ebbing (Richard) of Mt. Sterling, Gloria McDowell of Atlanta and Brenda Sands of Waynesville. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
