It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Baker of Versailles, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Logsdon and Katie Davis Logsdon; her husband Roy Baker; her daughter Virginia; and her grandchildren, Renee Budds, Jami Tepker and Mike Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Smith (Tom) of Fulton, Richard Baker of Mt. Sterling, Linda Reische of Mt. Sterling and Carson Baker (Kim) of Versailles, Illinois.. She is also survived by Eight grandchildren and four step grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Versailles West Side Cemetery (541 W 2nd St, Versailles, IL 62378).
Memorials are suggested to the Versailles Christian Church and may be left at or mailed to the Hendricker Funeral Home, 406 South Capitol Avenue, Mt. Sterling, Illinois 62353.
