He is survived by : his wife Sandra Kay Vanskike of Versailles; his daughters, Tammy Lynn Large (Curtis) of Beardstown, Patricia Kay Forster of Pittsfield, Jessica Dawn Collins (Neal Long) of Mt. Sterling and Sandra Danielle Harmon (Richard) of Mt. Sterling; his brother Paul Laverne Holder (Kathy) of Godfrey; his grandchildren, McKinzie, McKaylia, Brandon, Madeline, Craig, Austin, Nicole, Wil, Hunter, Maranda and Dylanger; and his stepgrandsons, Christopher and Cory.
