He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Irving and Floy Bond (Davis); his wife Evelyn L. Rickena of Peter's Lutheran Church; and his sisters, Barbara Parks, Bette Utsler and Ruth Boyd.
He is survived by: his sons, William I. Bond (Martha) of Pekin and Brian C. Bond of Scottsdale, AZ. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
