He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Irwin and Fern Robbins (Norton). He is survived by: his wife Anne Robbins of Victoria; his children, Tim Robbins (Amy) of Victoria, Ed Robbins (Barb Grawe) of Victoria, Jim Robbins (Mike West) of Leander, Thomas Robbins (Katy) of Brookfield, Wisconsin, Marggie Coan (David) of Prairie DuSac, Mary Ellen Gauthier (Paul) of Leander and Nancy Windham (Dwayne) of Bothel, Washington; Ann Ohl (Debbs) of Trego, Wisconsin.. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; two great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
