She is survived by: her husband Bo Utley of Anna; her daughters, Kelly Kelley (Patrick) of Toledo and Kacey Chamness (Mark) of Anna, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Carson, Klaira and Karlee Jo; her uncle Pete Burnam of Vandalia; and her close friends, Rosie Whitnel, Steve, Debbie Haldeman, Ann York and Sherry Moore. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
