He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer D. Ward and Pauline Mae Ward (Innis); and his brother Gary Ward. He is survived by: his wife Nancy B. Dubson; his children, Wesley Ward (Maureen) of Waukegan and Chris McCall (Shawn) of Vienna, Illinois; his grandchildren, Julia Ward, Abby Warehime (Alex), Kaylee McCall and Shakelle McCall; his great grandchildren, Addison, Cora, Janey, Kane, Amina, Carter and Scottlyn; and his brother Richard Ward of Vienna, Illinois. He is also survived by nephews and a niece.
A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bailey Funeral Home (705 N 1st St, Vienna, IL 62995). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
