She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Virgil McKenzie and Mary Maxine McKenzie (Elkins); her husband Phillip J. "Phil" Rotan; her daughter Sonya Kay; her granddaughter Lauren Elaine; and her niece Heather Harper Treat.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Morgan Norris; her great grandchildren, Paige Groner and Jennings Norris; her siblings, Dr. Charles Richard McKenzie (Jeanne) and Kathy Harper (Dean); her nieces and nephews, Robin Harper Whitehead (Mike), Shawn McKenzie (Amber), Allyson Maltas (Alexi) and Erin McKenzie; and her cousin Gregg Elkins.
