He was predeceased by: his parents, Micah Canup and Alberta Canup (Crockett); his former wife Danielle Maureen Arnold; his daughter Judy Dearden; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Arnold, Dick Farmer, Loy Ralph, Max Ralph and Gordon Ralph.
He is survived by: his wife Deloris Vinyard (Ralph); his family, Connie Walle (Terrill), Harold Canup, Jr. (Tammy), Sherry Schaumleffel (Dan) and Vivian Schuchardt (Dewayne); his son-in-law Terry Dearden; his siblings, Norma Carlton (Donald), Joyce Butler (Wayne), Ken Canup (Rose), Larry Canup and Patricia Taylor (Jeff); his sister-in-law Darlene Humm; and also Donald Carlton. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
