He was predeceased by: his parents, Kent Billingsley and Louise Billingsley (Dalton); his siblings, Sally Jo Billingsley, Bill (Esther Anderson), Delores (Gene Taylor) and Delonda (Lewis Robinson); and his nephew Steve Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Anderson; his son Jason Billingsley of Buncombe, Illinois; his nephews, Ken Taylor (Patty Harrah) of Georgetown and James Robinson of Marion, Illinois; and his niece Karol Shaffer (Wes) of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa. He is also survived by other relatives, neighbors and friends.
