It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Faulkner of Vienna, Illinois, born in Simpson, Illinois, who passed away on January 30, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Russell Kerley and Alma Rita Kerley (Wells); her stepfather Ralph Parmele; her brother Russell Leon Kerley; and her nephew Kevin Kerley.
She is survived by: her daughter LaRita Nance (Max) of Simpson, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jason DeWayne Sullivan of Marion, Racheal Huckelberry of Tunnel Hill, Kaleb Nance of Marion and Heather Groner of Buncombe, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Axel, Elijah, Marshall, Windy, Jordan, Paige and Peyton; her niece Lisa Laird of Marion, Illinois; and her great-nephew Mason Kerley of Fillmore, Illinois. She is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
