He is survived by: his mother Shirley Marie Seely (Adkins) of Kevil, Kentucky; his wife Brandi Tapley; his daughters, Makayla and Madyson; his brothers, Steve Turner (Renae) of Kevil and Erik Seely (Jill) of Paducah; his nieces and nephews, Cody Turner, Shelby Turner, Dexter Seely, Ruby Seely and Micah Tapley; his parents-in-law, Scott and Kay Tapley of Karnak; and his siblings-in-law, Brett and Carrie Tapley of Tunnel Hill.
Contributions may be made to the family for a memorial which will be established.
