She was predeceased by: her father Ray Breeden; her father-in-law Kenneth Harner; her grandmothers, Lois "Nana" Paxton and Myrtle Breeden Mizell; her brother-in-law Harold Carr; and her aunts and uncles, Doris Lingle (Bill), Glenn Breeden (Virginia), Wayne Breeden and Forrest Breeden.

She is survived by: her mother Nancy Breeden (Paxton) of Buncombe, Illinois; her husband Christopher Harner; her children, Briley McDowell of Elizabethtown, Illinois and Travis McDowell of Elizabethtown, Illinois; her siblings, Kimberly Smith (Leonard) of Mattoon and Kevin Breeden (Angie) of Vienna, Illinois; her sisters-in-law, Shari Verkey (Mike) of Tunnel Hill and Kendra Carr of Herod, Illinois; her mother-in-law Virginia "Boots" Harner of Tunnel Hill, Illinois; her nieces and nephews, Zoie Smith, Grace Breeden, Jakob Breeden, James Paul Carr (Jessie), Jamie Williax (Ryan), Jennifer Paranti (Joey), Danielle Verkey (Gene) and Matthew Verkey; her aunts and uncles, Letha Breeden of Vienna, Carmen Breeden Wells of Paducah, Judy Pierson of Las Vegas and Gene Breeden of Boulder City, Nevada; and her close friends, Nick and Melissa McDowell of Elizabethtown, Illinois. She is also survived by cousins, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and many friends.
