He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Webb and Emma Webb (Mighell); his granddaughter Diana Mosier; and his siblings, Sylvia Webb, Ralph Webb and Raleigh Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Deaton; his daughters, Judith Rippelmeyer (Paul) of Archer and Jan Mosier (Brent) of Bixby, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Derek Trieglaff (Marlinda), Drew Trieglaff and Katie Huse; his great grandchildren, Josie, Erik, Leah, Mariah, Owen and Finnegan; and his siblings, Owen Lee Webb of Vienna, Ronald Webb (Virginia) of Cypress, Illinois and Joyce Reichert of Carbondale, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and many friends.
