He was predeceased by: his brother James A. "Jimmy" Parker of Wisconsin; and his brother-in-law Chris Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, James N. Parker and Mary A. Parker (Casey); and his siblings, Toni L. Lewis of Hammond, Pam J. Mirin (Michael) of Thayer, Indiana and Johnnie L. Parker (Peggy A.) of Hobart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
