He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Webb and Edna Webb (Trigg); and his siblings, Harold, Earl, Jim, Cecil, Frank, Fred'Cotton', Charles Webb, Martha Webb, Myrtle Darga, Rosa Rheaume and Mary Overdorff.

He is survived by : his sisters, Faye Jewell of Washington, Michigan, Alice Schneider of Denver and Dorothy Simmons of Ozark, Illinois; and his close friends, Gary Simmons, Dan Edmonds and Harry Lee Treat. He is also survived by 33 nieces and nephews; as well as a host of neighbors and friends.
