She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Eugene Baity and Mary I. Evetts (Cook); her son Tony Belden; and her grandparents, Walter Cook, Sr. and Fannie Cook.
She is survived by: her close friend Tom Bagby of Grand Chain; her children, Beth Tite of Vienna, David Eitleman (Toni) of Murfreesboro and Michael Cardinal (Christie) of Illinois; her stepchildren, Toma Branche (John) of Cypress and John Bagby of Cypress, Illinois; her grandchildren, Deidra (Eli), Timmy (Kara), Livia (Chris), Justin, Jenny, Morgan, Becca, Michael Shane, Taylor, Mallory, Eli, Brett, Chase of Daisy, L. J. and Sandra Kay; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Allie, Myles, Mila, Wylea, Nolan, Evan, Haley, Grace, Kaelynn, MadaLynn, Braelynn, Ezra, Beau, Carter, Magnolia and Maddox; and her siblings, Vickie Ross (Lonnie) of Tunnel Hill, Roger Evetts (Tanna) of Eddyville and Bill Evetts, Jr. (April) of Ozark, Illinois. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends.
