He is survived by: his brother Tony Cook of Vienna, IL; his children, Matthew Cook (Linda) of Vienna, IL and Suzanna Mercer of McKinney, TX; his grandchildren, Jude, Liam Lanxon of McKinney, TX and Zachary Cook of Vienna, IL; his niece Missy Coonce (Terry) of Tunnel Hill, IL; his nephews, Mike Cook (Tracey) of Harrisburg, IL and Cheston Cook (Jasmine Tiswell) of Vienna, IL; his former wife Anne Taylor of Grantsburg, IL; and his pet Scooter.
