He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wagner and Dorothy Wagner (Cunningham); his grandson Lucas James Wagner; his brothers, Morris, George and Steven Wagner; his nephew Randall Rossi; and his brother-in-law Michael Rossi.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Kuipers; his children, Anthony Wagner (Clay Moon) of Venice, Scott Wagner (Angela) of New Burnside, Kimberly Ilbery (Mike) of Creal Springs and Amber Wagner (Johnathyn) of Vienna, Illinois; his grandchildren, Zachery Wagner, Matthew Wagner, Tyler Gass, Trinity Ilbery, Kloe Ann Pierce and Jameson Davis; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Aurora, Riley, William and Josie Wagner; his siblings, Linda Patrizi of Portage, Mary O'Siel of Hobart, Indiana, Michael Wagner of Chicago Heights and John Wagner of Johnston City, Illinois; his sisters-in-law, Susan Rossi of Grand Chain and Sandra Shakespeare of St. Petersburg, Florida; and his cousins, Morris "Sug" Cunningham (Linda) of Hanson, Kentucky and Patty Knowles of Madisonville, Kentucky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home (705 N 1st St, Vienna, IL 62995). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
