He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Day; his parents, Clarence Romine and Ruth Romine (Moore); his sister Martha Clark; his brother-in-law Earl Clark; his brother Doug Romine; his sister-in-law Kay Romine; his daughter-in-law Juanita Romine; and his grandson Ryan Riddell.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Romine of Villa Grove and Brenda Zimmerman (Bob) of Monticello, Illinois.; and his grandchildren, Michele Clouse (Mike) of Champaign, Matthew Zimmerman, Robert Zimmerman (Jayne) of Chicago and Morgan Stewart (AJ) of Columbia, Illinois.. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
In honor of Billy's memory, donations may be made to charities dear to his heart, including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Hospitals for Children, and Special Olympics.
