He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Howard and Evelyn Howard (Miller); and his sister Linda Howard. He is survived by: his children, Kayla Thompson (Julia), Clifford Howard Jr. (Krystal Giebelstein) and Charles Howard; his siblings, William Howard and Artie Howard; and his nephews, William Howard Jr., Nicholas Eldridge (Ashley) and David Eldridge. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three step-grandchildren.
