She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Joseph and Carol May Stafford (Lynn); her spouse Dean Allen Beals; her daughter Mary Beals of Villa Grove, IL; and her siblings, David Stafford of Paris, IL, Marjory Tunnell of Oswego, IL and Elizabeth Foster of Columbus, IN. She was also cherished by four grandchildren.

For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials in Sharon's honor may be made to the East Central Illinois Christian School.
