He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Gurdak Sr. and Irene Gurdak (Augustyn); his siblings, Adrienne and Martin; and his son-in-law John Kolberg.
He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Janice (Andrew), Donald (Pamela), Cynthia (John), Jennifer (Marc) and Tracy (Landon); and his grandchildren, Anthony, Sara, Christa, Lauren, Joshua, William, Paul, Elizabeth, Zachary, Tyler, Nathanial, Madison, Jacob, Camden, Emory and Peyton. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be dedicated in Tony's memory to the American Cancer Society.
