He is survived by: his wife Cynthia McDonald; his sons, Andrew McDonald and William McDonald (Jessica); his grandchildren, Grace, Millie, Henry and Will; and his brothers, Frank McDonald and James McDonald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
