He was predeceased by: his wife Janet; his children, Stephen Hosek and Jeanne Pauliks (Ray); his parents, Lydia Hosek and Joseph Hosek; his siblings, Bernadette Valladao (late William), Emily Galuszka (late Ted), Richard Hosek (late Judy), Rita Spradling (late Richard), Mary Zaleski (late Richard), Catherine Wilhelm (late Frank) and Joan Hosek (late John Kudla); Joanne Marshall Hosek.
He is survived by: his children, James Hosek (Judy), John Hosek (Cathy), Nancy Minard (Joseph) and Michael Hosek (Kathy); his grandchildren, Stephanie Schmucker (Greg), Christopher Pauliks, Heather Pauliks, Lydia Hosek, Rebecca Maca (Kyle), Rachel Kaiser (James), Andrew Hosek, Abigail Hosek, Mark Hosek, Eric Hosek, Beth Harrison (Jake), Alexandria Minard, Charlie Minard, Jamie Minard, Sydney Minard and Casey Hosek; his great grandchildren, Brody Hosek-Lui and Calvin Maca; his friend Doris Plourde; and his sister Ellen Raczkowski (late Raymond).
