He was predeceased by: his parents, George Riha and Ethel Riha; and his brothers, George and Robert Riha. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his son Brian (Tiffany) of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Addison and Lucas; his son Matthew (Jennifer) of Lombard; his grandchildren, Ryan, Riley and Karsyn; his brother Ronald Riha (Debbie) of Carol Stream, Illinois; and his brother-in-law Bob Kmoch (Trish) of Madison, Wisconsin.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Steuerle Chapel (15 W Park Blvd, Villa Park, IL 60181). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Villa Park Fishing Derby, a community event Don enjoyed with his grandchildren.
