It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne Margaret Swan of Villa Park, Illinois, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband David Swan; and her parents, Helen Messenger and Kenneth Messenger. She is survived by: her son Steven Swan; and her sister Janice Hornyan (Michael).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Steuerle Chapel (15 W Park Blvd, Villa Park, IL 60148). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Alexander Catholic Church (300 S Cornell Ave, Villa Park, IL 60181).
