He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon W. Speers and Gladys S. Speers (Laird); and his grandfather Keith. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Speers; his sons, Brian K. Speers (Alexandria) of Fort Myers and David J. Speers (Michelle) of Winfield; and his grandchildren, Ryan Speers, Jack Speers and Connor Speers. He is also survived by his children's and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Snedecor Funeral Home (903 W Custer Ave, Pontiac, IL 61764). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
