We bid farewell to Rosemarie Roelle of Villa Park, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 4, 2025 at the age of 85. Rosemarie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Thomas Roelle; her children, Cheryl Pierini (Ken), Michael Roelle (Karen), Sheila Haarstad (Oivind), Maureen Roelle and Chuck Roelle (Mary); her parents, Florence Hounihan and Charles Hounihan; her grandchildren, Francesca, Annalise, Ava, Norah, Logan, Isabella, Judy, Lily, Charlie, Tommy, James and Aksel; and her brother Charles P. Hounihan. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Steuerle Chapel (15 W Park Blvd, Villa Park, IL 60181). A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Alexander Catholic Church (300 S Cornell Ave, Villa Park, IL 60181).
