He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Esslinger (Shorty) and Lois Esslinger (Potter); his siblings, Beverly Robinson and Larry Esslinger; and his brother-in-law Kenneth King.
He is survived by: his children, Beverly Robinson, Larry Esslinger and Karen King; his wife Sharon McClure; his daughters, Kimberly Lynn Kness (Steve), Anji Marie Wilson and Mindi Leigh Schultz (Robert); his grandchildren, Patrick Kness (Hollie), Viola, Carlee Kness, James Schultz, Charles Schultz (Kaela), Christopher Schultz, Abbi Wilson, Nicole Wilson, Jarrin McNall and New Windsor; his sister Karen King; his great grandchildren, Braydin McNall, Madilynn, Olivia Kness, Brantley and Harvey Schultz; his son-in-law Bob Schultz; and his grandsons, Robert Schultz, Steve Kness and Michael Wilson.
