He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Cook and Violet Cook (Adams); and his siblings, Gale, Charles and Mary.
He is survived by : his wife Sandra Cook; his children, Robert Cook (Ema) of Muscatine, IA, Jerry Cook (Alicia) of Keithsburg, IL and Christine Biddle of Maquon, IL; and his siblings, Jerry Cook of Bettendorf, Kay Lindquist of Giltner, NE and Norma Greene of Grand Island, NE.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
