She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brock and Fern Brown Brock; her husband Robert L. Cook; and her siblings, Pat Stancliff, Francie Howard, Topper Brock and Ronnie Brock.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Cook (Ema) of Muscatine, Jerry Cook (Alicia) of Keithsburg and Christine Cook of Maquon; her sister Candy Swank (John) of Aledo; and her siblings-in-law, Kay Lindquist (Jim) of Giltner, Norma Greene of Grand Island, Diane Cook of Madison, Wisconsin, Jerry Cook (Barb) of Bettendorf, Steve Howard of Keithsburg and Red Stancliff of Aledo. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
