He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hopper and Jeannie Hopper (Vines); and his son-in-law Tommy Norman. He is survived by: his sister Jan Quinn; his great grandchild River Neal; his stepdaughter Michelle Norman of Auburn, IL; his grandchildren, Jessie Davis of Springfield, Michael Mosely of St. Louis, MO, Shaina Norman of Springfield, Michaela Norman of Springfield and Bella Norman of Auburn; and his close friend Dean Paisley.
