He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Quarton and Betty Quarton (Coffey); and his siblings, Haroldene Rigney (Lee), Waneta Shirley (David), Richard Hays (Margaret) and Larry Hays (Ethel).

He is survived by: his daughter Kelsey Clarkson (Jason) of East Peoria; his grandchildren, Avery and Owen Clarkson of East Peoria; and his siblings, Randall Quarton (Morene) of Virden and Martha Harbour (Floyd) of Nilwood, IL..
