He is survived by: his children, Kim Maddox of Virden, IL and Todd Maddox (Suzanne) of Girard, IL; his grandchildren, Megan Maddox (Matt Rhodes) of Girard, IL, Mason Kahl (Micaela) of Virden, IL, Danielle Maddox of Girard, IL and Ozzie Maddox of Girard, IL; his great grandchild Shelby Rhodes of Girard, IL; and his brothers, Don Maddox (Sharon) of Tampa, FL and John Maddox (Kathy) of Girard, IL. He is also survived by four nephews, a niece, and several cousins.
