He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Ladage and Mildred Vasconcellos Ladage. He is survived by: his children, Lurina Shaw (Bill), Jeff Ladage and Kendra Castleman (Todd); his grandchildren, Ryan, Alex Shaw, Madison McGlothlin (John), McKenzie Nikonovich (Chris), Austin Castleman and Macy Mullink (Jake); his great grandchildren, Emma, James McGlothlin, Brixlee, Steven and Wesley Mullink; his close friend Sandy Lewis; his sisters, Joyce Kechum, Donna Oglesby and Carol Kempher; and the mother of his children Pauline. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (1201 W Jackson St, Auburn, IL 62615). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
