She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Warden and Anna Warden; her brother Raymond Warden Jr.; and her grandson Ethan Collins. She is survived by: her brother Gerald Warden (Susie) of Beardstown, IL.; her children, Steve Collins (Sheri) of Chandlerville, IL, Dennis Collins (Teena) of Jacksonville, IL and Teresa Yoder (Jim) of Rushville, IL.; and her grandchildren, Molly Medina, Hailey Collins and Eli Collins.

Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
