He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Winnett (Jon German) of Virginia; his grandson Jacob Winnett of Virginia; his great grandchild Maddox Winnett; his siblings, Karen Pherigo (Allen) of Chandlerville and Tommy Fair; and his pet Sugar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Per Bob's request, in lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Virginia Volunteer Fire Department or the Douglas Terrace DD Homes Activity Fund.
