We are sad to announce that, on August 21, 2022, at the age of 58, William L. Bateman Jr. of Virginia, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Bateman Sr. and Joan Anderson Bateman Coffey; his parent-in-law Haden Coffey Sr.; and his close friend Larry Devlin. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Blean (John) of Beverly Hills, FL and Cayli Jo Bateman of Murrayville; his grandchildren, Jacob, Jeremiah, Jaylee, Rosemary and Sophia; and his siblings, Ronald L. "Butch" Cobren (Betty) of Philadelphia, Linda Sutton of Virginia and Marlene of Germany. He is also survived by several stepbrothers and sisters.
Memorials are suggested to his daughters, Jennifer and Cayli, in care of the Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home.
