He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sorensen and Marie Sorensen; his siblings, Rudolph Sorensen and Geraldine Barrett (Joseph); and his children, Dawn Nickeas (Aaron) and Jeffery Sorensen (Brandie).
He is survived by: his significant other Verna Sorensen; his daughter Christine Smith (Timothy); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Chloe, Madison, Kevin, Elizabeth, Hannah, Jeffery, Priscilla (Michael), Patricia and Genesis. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and fond friends.
