It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Edward Fiorelli of Wadsworth, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Fiorelli and Patricia Fiorelli; and his close friend Denny Ewaskowitz. He is survived by: his wife Edwina Fiorelli Sitzman; his children, Katherine Fiorelli Midday (Eric), Anthony Fiorelli (Kyle) and Justin Fiorelli (Diana); his grandchildren, Nola, Vitale, Quinn, Lincoln, Jack and Francesca; and his siblings, Paul Fiorelli (Connie), Jill Fiorelli Diaz, Neal Fiorelli (Maria) and Pattie Fiorelli Rothstein (Dan). He is also survived by great] nieces, [great] nephews, and beloved Tennessee in-laws.

“I’ve known the Fiorelli family since I was a child and I’m now 71 years old. His parents were good friends of my parents and would frequently be at our home to enjoy each others company. When Lou retired and Joel took over the business we knew we’d be in very good hands. Just like his dad Joel was always compassionate and caring. Condolences are with his family and loved ones. It is a great loss to the community and all who knew and loved him. He truly will be missed and remembered.”
