She is survived by: her parents, Richard Cruz (Nita) and Sharon Marie Spaulding (Scott); her husband Andrew Jordan Haselow; her daughter Stella; and her siblings, Ryan Cruz (Amanda), Tyler Cruz, Troy Cruz, Logan Spaulding and Luciano Spaulding. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to a college fund for Stella Marie in c/o Andrew Haselow.
