She is survived by: her children, Michael Lamb (Jolene) of Taylorville, Jennifer Hutchens (Scott) of Taylorville and Nichole Hampton of Pittsboro, NC; her grandchildren, Ashley Lamb, Rachel Elisabeth, Emillee Diann (Nic), Lane Maxwell and Abby Marie; her great grandchild Lilly Cogland; her siblings, Mark Hoffmeister (Peggy) and Tresa Mansfield (Mitch); and her aunt Donna Beaman.
Memorials may be given to the Farmersville & Waggoner Ambulance Service and the Farmersville & Waggoner Library.
