It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janice Hunter of Walnut Hill, Illinois, who passed away on March 15, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Perrine and Thelma Perrine (Jett); and her husband William I. Hunter. She is survived by: her children, Judith A. Fitzpatrick (Gary) of Gulfport, David G. Hunter (Karen) of St. Peter, Paul Hunter (Patricia) of Breese, Lola A. Lyberger of Kell, Sandra Davis (Paul) of Hoyleton and James Hunter of Walnut Hill, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Ryan, Chris, Kyle, Kevin, Sam, Stephanie, Ian, Alex, Shawn, Shane, Andrew, Megan and Ethan; and her sisters, Shirley Burkhardt (Robert) of Homassasa and Brenda Dinsdale (Tom) of Lairs Berg. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Janice's family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Oilbelt Christian Camp and/or the New Life Church and will be accepted at the Sutherland-Garnier Funeral Home and Cremation Services at 235 North Sycamore Street, Centralia, Illinois 62801, who is honored to be of service to the Hunter family.
