It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jessie Wilson of Walnut Hill, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 90, on July 23, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid Jessie farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jessie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Phelps and Minnie Phelps (Ferguson); and her husband Billy Joe Wilson. She is survived by: her sons, Danny Joe Wilson (Sue) of Woodlawn and Gregory Todd Wilson (Sue) of Woodlawn. She is also survived by six granddaughters; and twelve great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Boyd Cemetery (20057 N Boyd Ln, Dix, IL 62830).
