He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore A. Maggio and Janice Turczyn (Nogay); his stepfather Bob Phelps; and his grandson Leo Barkley. He is survived by: his fiancée Tammie Umphress; and his son Kyle Maggio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
