She is survived by: her children, Holly Klatt (Dennis), Kelly Murphy (Jim), Reggie Westfall and Megan Lamkin (Tom); her grandchildren, Haley Hoke (Chad), Kaehl Murphy, Maci Kate Johnson (Charles Lampe), Hannah Morris (Reed Gordon) and Maxwell Johnson (Morgan Fortune); her great grandchild Addison Lampe; and her brothers, Rick Holland (Vicki) and Jim Holland (Shelley). She is also survived by nephews and nieces; and, many cousins.
