She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Mau and Pearl Mau (Burkhalter); her husband Donald Eckerman of Joseph's Catholic Church; her daughter Linda; and her siblings, Marian Gallagher (Jules) and Lester Mau (Marjorie).
She is survived by: her children, David Eckerman (Judy) of South Wayne, WI and Marlene Knight (Ron) of Freeport, IL; and her grandchildren, Julie Wenger (Todd), Brad Eckerman (Kirsten), Shawn Eckerman (Amanda), Jeff Eckerman (Erin), Melissa Palmer (Kevin) and Crystal Daniels. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
A memorial has been established in her name.
