He is survived by: his children, Kathleen McPherson of Lakeville, MN, Robert Cook Jr. of Shullsburg, WI, Justin Cook (Brenda) of Shullsburg, WI, Cara Beth Cook of Cuba City, WI, Nathan Cook (Christa) of Apple River, IL and Caleb Cook (Shawna) of Warren, IL. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
