He is survived by: his wife Kay (Moore); his children, Mike (Lisa), Ruth, Scott, Kathy Amen (Kris), Sue, Tim, Tom (Brigid), Terry and Marianne; his grandchildren, Adam (Maddie), Drew (Danny), Mitchel, Maggie, Charlie, Patrick, Matthew, Meaghan, Michael, Katie, Jack, Ryan, Keegan and Bailey; and his in-laws, Val (late John), Rocky Graziano (late Dorothy), Dottie Moore, Pat Moore, Dennis Walle, Jennifer Moore, Michael "Moose" Moore, Mary Helen Moore and Ann Moore.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Edmund Church (188 S Oak Park Ave, Oak Park, IL 60302).
In lieu of flowers, donations to Leo High School Alumni Association (Chicago, IL), Northwoods Wildlife Center (Minocqua, WI), or in Chuck's name to the charity of your choice are greatly appreciated.
